All sales are final. At this time, we cannot accept returns; if you're ordering for your bookstore, please be certain of your order because we do not buy back overstock. All books are packed in boxes (never only in padded envelopes) to reduce the risk of damage in transit. We like books and we like them to look nice, so we do everything we can to keep them that way from our door to yours.
